Lexis Figuereo DWI Arrest

Lexis Figuereo the Executive Director of Saratoga BLM was arrested for DWI in June 2023.

Saratoga Springs - Moving Saratoga Forward has secured body camera footage from the DWI arrest of Lexis Figuereo in June 2023. Public reports indicate that Figuereo registered a blood alcohol concentration of 0.12 and was set to appear in court on July 11, 2023.

The footage shows that the New York State Police conducted the traffic stop appropriately. In the video, Figuereo states that he was heading to his mother's house in the Milton/Ballston Spa area after returning from an event in Saratoga Springs.
